This is the clock and timer on our cooker and it is an example of simplicity in action. Reading from left to right, the buttons are as follows:

  1. bell : press to set an alarm - then use the twisty (#5)
  2. arrow within parallel lines : set cooking time - then use the twisty (#5)
  3. arrow pointing at a single line : set stop time - then use the twisty (#5)
  4. hand : manual override
  5. twisty : set time / interval
